His working ethos is the backbone that supports Cedar Elm to grow to greater heights.

Colin supervises all sales and marketing strategies, property potentials, development identification of sites and disputes matters.

My career has been a journey through the highs and lows of the rental market, equipping me with a knack for turning challenges into opportunities and making sure our clients never feel like just another number. When I’m not orchestrating seamless rental experiences, you’ll find me indulging in my love for good coffee and spending a lazy weekend with family and my two dogs. My mission: To ensure our department runs like a well-oiled machine—one that’s as reliable as my morning coffee and twice as engaging.

Wing Ka is part of the leasing team here at Cedar Elm Property. As a Leasing Consultant, Wing is responsible for providing exceptional property management services to our rental providers and renters. His goal is to ensure our rental providers receive reliable returns on our investment, whilst ensuring all of our renters have an easy, convenient, and satisfying leasing experience. Wing has been working in rental property management since 2017. Since then, he has been involved in overseeing leasing processes, maintaining positive relations between our rental providers and tenants, and ensuring smooth property operations at every stage of the rental process. All of Wing’s colleagues, as well as the rental providers and renters he works with, would describe him as a honest, fair, loyal, polite, reliable, and self-disciplined person who is very passionate about what he does. Since joining our property management team, he has also been involved in establishing an effective internal work system to streamline work processes, communication, and collaboration within the team. This project, which Wing considers to be one of his proudest achievements, resulted in significantly more efficient workflows, improved productivity, and a better sense of teamwork within the team. At present, Wing’s goal is to continue to excel in his current role as a Leasing Consultant, whilst continuing to explore opportunities to grow his knowledge and skillset in other departments where possible. In future, he is keen to embrace new challenges, take on greater responsibilities, find new ways to go above and beyond, and consistently strive for excellence in all that he does.

Having completed a Master of Property at RMIT University, Anthony has expertise in office, retail and mixed-use space. Some of Anthony’s career highlights include the management of 477 Collins St, working with a diverse range of national clients and managing various multimillion dollar capital refurbishment projects.

Anthony has a steadfast and strategic approach to his work and has an active role working on property solutions for our diverse client base.
